Faith & Religion

Our commitment to the religious development of our students is woven into our school in countless ways.  Our school-wide Tiger Promise that we recite daily speaks to glorifying God through our actions and having courage to doing what Jesus would desire.  We have also created a school/home initiative with our Virtue of the Month program in which a specific virtue is taught at school and a choice of at-home activities are assigned for students to apply this virtue to their lives.  We have many opportunities for our students to put their faith in action from an annual canned food drive that collects thousands of pounds each year to raising funds to sponsor the education of children in Haiti.  Our second grade leads a school-wide collection each year for a family in need for Christmas.

Our school comes together every Friday morning for Mass, the source and summit of our Catholic faith.  Our fifth through eighth graders lead us in the choir, and students from all grades take turns with the different roles in the Mass.
